Warranty:

Our warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below. We warrant the hardware product (PcE-Trainer) against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) year from the date of original purchase.

If you discover a defect, we will, at our option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price at no charge to you, provided you return it during the warranty period, with transportation charges prepaid, to the authorized dealer from whom you purchased it. To each product returned for warranty service, please attach your name, address, telephone number, and a copy of the bill of sale bearing the appropriate serial number as proof of date of original purchase.

The warranty applies only to the hardware product (PcE-Trainer) and not to any of the accessories (headband, dual cable, gel, batteries, electrodes). This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication: if the product has been modified without our written permission, or if the serial number has been removed or defaced.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY.
